Le Nid 5 Valfleuri is emblematic of Pâtes d’Alsace. This 5mm wide, thin and tasty noodle, rich in 7 fresh eggs per kilo, is excellent plain with a knob of butter, as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish or poultry. We also particularly like them with carbonara or pesto.
