Pasta: cultivated, produced… and controlled from A to Z
Today, most pasta is produced from purchased wheat, often without a specific origin.
At Mancini, everything starts differently.
Durum wheat is cultivated directly by the company, in the fields surrounding their factory in Italy. A rare approach, where every step is controlled — from grain to plate.
Only two ingredients:
semolina and water.
The Penne Rigate Mancini 1kg are designed to offer a perfect texture, with their ridges that capture sauces and provide a true mouthfeel experience.
Bronze-extruded and slowly dried for 22 hours at low temperatures (36°C to 55°C), they retain all the richness of the wheat and exceptional al dente quality.
A simple product… but made as it always should be.
