Pasta that transforms a sauce... into an experience
Some pastas merely accompany the sauce.
Others transform it completely.
Mancini Rigatoni are among the latter.
It all starts in the fields. At Mancini, durum wheat is grown directly by the company, around their factory in Italy. A rare approach that allows them to control every step, from grain to plate.
Only two ingredients:
semolina and water.
Their wide, ridged shape is designed to perfectly hold sauces, creating a rich and balanced bite every time.
Bronze extruded and slowly dried for 22 hours at low temperatures (36°C to 55°C), they retain all the richness of the wheat and offer a firm, authentic texture.
A simple pasta... but designed to enhance every dish.
