At Mancini, it all starts in the fields. The durum wheat is grown directly on their farm, around their factory in Italy. A rare approach that allows them to control every step, from grain to pasta.
Only two ingredients:
semolina and water.
Bronze-extruded for an authentic texture, spaghettoni offer an ideal surface for sauce to cling to and perfect al dente consistency when cooked.
Slow-dried at low temperatures (36°C to 46°C), they retain all the richness of the wheat and an intensely natural flavor.
