Gluten-free pasta from CAPONI are made exclusively from corn flour (70%) and rice flour (30%). They are completely natural and do not contain mono and diglycerides of fatty acids or any other type of emulsifier. The pasta is bronze-drawn to have a rough surface that perfectly retains sauces and seasonings.
Cooking gluten-free pasta requires more supervision. Alessandro from the factory CAPONI therefore recommends you:
- add a spoonful of olive oil to the cooking water
- to taste the pasta at the first cooking time indicated on the packaging
Cooking time: 7/8 minutes.
This product is not in our warehouse, so it could take a maximum of 7 days for the manufacturer to deliver it to us. Then we deliver it to you. A slight delay may occur if this product is part of your shipment.
