A blend of sherry vinegars aged from Moscatel grapes are carefully aged in oak barrels to create a light amber, delicate and slightly sweet vinegar. It is silky, balanced with sweet and floral aromas due to aging in sherry barrels. You may never want to serve us another vinegar again!
