A Panettone for those who appreciate intense flavors, bold combinations... an extraordinary leavened product, a light dough topped with creamy caramel pieces in which the initial sensation of sweetness is tempered and made more intriguing by a light but immediate flavor.

When the caramel melts in the oven, it penetrates the mesh of the dough, made from sourdough and other natural and healthy ingredients, giving a uniform flavor to the palate.
