Precious Gift Green 1.18 is a medium-low density (1.18) balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP , distinguished by its delicate balance and great aromatic elegance .

Its aging in oak barrels allows the vinegar to mature slowly, fully express its flavors, and soften its more intense notes. The result is a harmonious , precise, and perfectly balanced balsamic vinegar.

Its deep brown, brilliant, and highly transparent color precedes a distinctly acidic nose, without any harshness. On the palate, one perceives beautiful woody and fruity notes , a pronounced roundness , and a fluid texture that ensures a long aromatic persistence .
